M4 - Chapter 2 Lettering Designs

I enjoyed this chapter immensely. I started using quink ink and went on to use acrylic inks, bleach, crayons and other mediums including stitch. I used a variety of tools for lettering and mark making. I found the more I worked at various forms of lettering the more exciting potential designs appeared.

Pattern Making With Lettering Using the Computer

I used MS Word and MS Paint to make further patterns and designs. This produced some nice blocks of regular and symmetrical patterns. Some nice positive and negative shapes appeared.
